Team Weekend Recommendation: Ice rinks taking over London

Saunders 1865 Team Recommendation – Ice rinks!

The festive season is upon us which means it’s time to dust down those ice skates and bring out the Mulled Wine!

Ice rinks are taking over the City, so we’ve listed the most popular ones:

Natural History Museum (NHM) (30 Oct – 4 Jan)

Somerset House (11 Nov – 11 Jan)

Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park (21 Nov –4 Jan)

Canary Wharf (1 Nov – 28 Feb)

Hampton Court Palace (21 Nov – 4 Jan)

Tower of London (16 Nov – 5 Jan)

Eyeskate at the London Eye (15 Nov – 4 Jan)

So whether you fancy skating with dinosaurs at the NHM or a romantic glide at the London Eye, there’s a skating rink for you! Our particular favourite, is the ice rink at Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park as it’s the biggest outdoor rink in the UK! Although the skating rink is ticketed, it’s worth noting that entry to the site, including Santa Land and the Christmas Market is free.

So wrap up warm and head out to enjoy an alternative festive treat this Christmas!
