The Natural History Museum has brought back their popular sensational butterflies exhibition which features hundreds of rare and exotic butterflies from all around the world, right in the midst of Kensington. The exhibit will be on until 14 September and is thrilling visitors of all ages. Children enjoy watching the colourful creatures fly around the butterfly house and feed on sweet snacks such as oranges, occasionally being lucky enough to be tickled by a butterfly landing on them for a great photo op.
As for adults, the butterfly-watching and people-watching are equally entertaining. Something about a house full of fluttering colour just gets people a bit giddy! Definitely worth a visit, especially on a rainy, grey London day.
Our team member Miriam is especially excited to have a look, hoping to relive her childhood memories from Stockholm’s butterfly house in Haga Park.
