Drop & Go at the Post Office

Hate queuing up to be served when you’re pushed for time? Wish you could just go into a shop, do what you need to do, and be out within seconds? Well, wish no more, as the Post Office has just launched a service that allows you to do exactly that – Drop & Go.

The new, innovative service introduced by a client of ours, Royal Mail, is completely free and available at the Post Office. Gone are the days of queuing up to be served at a counter; simply drop it off and forget about it instead. With your receipt/tracking proof stored at the branch, rather than in your purse or wallet, you won’t have to keep reminding yourself to not throw it away, either!

To sign up, all you need to do is complete an application form, and take it to your nearest participating Drop & Go Post Office. You’ll need to take a form of identification, as well as £20 to top up your postage card, which will activate it straight away.

Drop your parcels and go – the Post Office will simply deduct the cost of the postage from your pre-paid card, meaning there’s no need for you to have to stick around. The price you pay is exactly the same as usual, so you won’t pay any hefty fees for using such a convenient service.

Designed for small businesses, and high-volume mail customers, the fast track parcel check-in ensures the speediest of processing times. Leave the Post Office to do the timely work, and instead spend your time focusing on the important aspects of your business.
